About Wright Impact Network, Inc.
Founded in 2026, Wright Impact Network, Inc. (WIN) is a community-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening families, empowering youth, and building meaningful partnerships throughout Hampton Roads and surrounding communities.

WIN was founded by retired United States Army veteran Grace Wright and co‑founded by prior U.S. Army veteran Ken Wright. With a shared commitment to service and community impact, they established WIN to continue their dedication to supporting families and building stronger, more resilient communities.
​
Grace Wright served honorably in the United States Army for over 20 years, leading teams, managing operations, and supporting mission‑focused initiatives built on discipline, structure, and accountability. After retiring, Grace and Ken made the intentional decision to remain in the Hampton Roads region to continue serving the community beyond the uniform.
​
Together, Grace and Ken have volunteered for more than 18 years with national nonprofit organizations supporting military families including Operation Homefront and have contributed to initiatives benefiting wounded service members and their families. These long‑standing experiences strengthened their commitment to building structured, sustainable programs that address real community needs.
​
Wright Impact Network leads initiatives such as back‑to‑school drives, holiday toy distributions, community engagement events, and collaborative partnerships designed to create measurable and lasting impact. Through strong leadership, strategic partnerships, and community collaboration, WIN works to expand opportunities, provide support, and foster unity within the communities it serves.
