Founded in 2026, Wright Impact Network (WIN) is a community‑driven nonprofit focused on strengthening families, empowering youth, and building meaningful partnerships across Hampton Roads.

  • Founded by Grace Wright, retired U.S. Army veteran

  • Co‑founded by Ken Wright, prior U.S. Army veteran

  • Built on a shared commitment to service, leadership, and community impact

  • Created to continue serving families long after military service ended

About The Founder

  • Grace served 20+ years in the U.S. Army, leading teams and managing mission‑focused operations

  • After retiring, Grace and Ken chose to stay in Hampton Roads to continue serving the community

  • Together, they’ve volunteered 18+ years with national nonprofits supporting military families

  • Their experience shaped WIN’s focus on structured, sustainable programs that meet real community needs

What We Do

WIN leads community‑centered initiatives such as:

Dr. Shonette Holland

Dr. Holland is a Doctor of Professional Counseling, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and founder of Future Focused Counseling. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in couples therapy, mental wellness, and culturally responsive care. At WIN, she provides strategic guidance on mental health initiatives, wellness programming, and family support services.

Frankie Haywood

Marine Corps veteran and business owner with expertise in protective services, risk management, and event security operations. As the owner of Haywood Security, Frankie provides strategic guidance on creating safe and well-structured environments for businesses, events, and communities. At WIN, he serves as a trusted advisor on event safety and operational planning offering insight and support to help ensure community events are organized, secure, and successful.
